What phases are available in ticketing?
Ticket phases are automatically updated according to the stage the ticket is in within the workflow, ensuring that all parties have accurate information about the issue reported and its status. The current phases are:
Issue reported
Draft Work Order
Reviewing Work Order
Pending Supplier Confirmation
Visit Scheduled
Reviewing Quote
Reviewing Fix
Fixed and closed
Internal RFA
Issue rejected
Awaiting Internal RFA
Rejected by supplier
