Once a supplier is assigned to a ticket, a work order is created, and they are notified via email about it with a message similar to the one in the screenshot attached.
If they are taking longer than expected to review and accept the work order, or to schedule the on-site visit, it's possible to send them reminders using the ticketing dashboard. It's important to remember that Proprli already sends scheduled reminders every three days, up to five times. However, if you want to learn how to send reminders to suppliers yourself, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Access your ticketing dashboard.
Step 2: Locate the ticket that needs to be updated by the supplier and click on the three-dotted icon on the far right-hand side of the ticket line.
Step 3: Click on Remind suppliers and add/edit relevant information. It's also possible to change the supplier's contact person and override the contacts that were assigned when the ticket was first created - this is especially useful if the ticket was originally sent to the wrong recipient, for example. After you have added the contacts, written a message and selected whether the ticket's supplier contacts should be overridden, click on Send reminder email.
Step 4: The supplier should receive an email reminder similar to the one attached below.
