Multi-tenant ticketing

Multi-tenant ticketing

Multi-tenant ticketing allows property managers to add multiple tenants - or link the entire building - to the same ticket. This is especially useful to centralise reports, files, and notes about the same issue being reported by various occupants.

The flow of creating a new ticket remains similar. After selecting the building and naming the report, you can select the tenants from the dropdown menu or include the entire building, and add all the necessary information before saving.

All tenants linked to the ticket will be listed on the Details tab.

Within the Chat tab, as the ticket owner, there are different chat options. Learn more about them below.

  1. Announcements: within this chat, only the internal team will have the ability to post announcements that will be available to all tenants linked to the ticket.
  2. Internal team: communication within the internal team.
  3. Supplier: communication between the internal team and the supplier linked to the ticket.
On the top right-hand side of the chat section, you can click on "+New" and select individual tenants to communicate with directly.

After clicking on "Start conversation," you will see the selected tenants as options to chat with.

Tenants will receive centralised updates about progress, planned works, and resolution, improving the relationship with property managers.
