Ticketing Work Hours

Ticketing Work Hours

Within Company Settings, you have the option to set ticketing work hours. That way, you can set the time your team will be working and what the tenant should do otherwise. This feature is only available for Admins. To access it, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on your initials on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, and go to Company Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the tab "Setup," and click on "Ticketing Work Hours."

Step 3: Select the building(s) you want to apply changes to, and click on "Set work hours info."

Step 4: Set the working hours, an emergency phone number (optional), select the language, and write a custom message.

Step 5: You can also preview the message, and see what the tenant sees before saving your changes.

Step 6: Hover your mouse over the building line item and click on "Edit" to make changes, or "Preview" to see what the tenant sees.
