Manage internal team members

Within access management, you have the option to manage internal users that are a part of your environment in Proprli. Follow the steps below to learn more about this feature.

Step 1: Click the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and go to Access management.



Step 2: Navigate to the second tab, "Team." That is where you can manage the active, pending, invited, and inactive members.



Step 3: To narrow down your search, you can filter the team members by roles, buildings they have access to, and the search bar. You can also list the users according to their status (active, pending, invited, and inactive).



Step 4: To add a new team member, click on "Add member" on the top right-hand corner of the screen, enter their first and last name, email address, and click on "Invite."



Step 5: On the last column, you will see a three-dotted icon. Learn more about each action below.



  1. View user details: This option will give you an overview of the user's details, buildings they are assigned to, and the ability to edit that information.

 

  1. Edit building access: By clicking on that option, you will see all available and selected buildings; you will also be able to add or remove the user's access to the assets. To narrow down your search, you can use the search bar or filter by Fund and/or Portfolio. Don't forget to save your changes.



  1. Change role: This feature allows you to change the user's role by selecting a pre-existing role within the dropdown menu. Save your changes before closing the pop-up window. To learn more about Proprli's roles, click here.


  1. Deactivate: If you want to deactivate a user, use this option. Confirm your choice to deactivate the user by selecting "Yes."
