Invite new team members

In order to invite a team member who does not have a Proprli account, you should do the following:

Step 1: Click the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

Step 2: Go to Access Management.

Step 3: Click on "Add team member."



Step 4: Fill in their first name, last name, email address and team member type - you can choose Internal Colleague when the user being created is part of your company, or External Member when the person is part of external companies, e.g. contractors and service providers.

Step 5: Click on "Invite" before exiting the page.


After the invite is sent, the new team member will receive an email message redirecting them to Proprli, where they will have to enter their first name, surname, create a password, and click on "Agree and Join". The screenshot below is what they will see. 



Going back to Access Management, the new team member should be active and you should have the option to assign them a role using the dropdown menu. Refer to this article for more information.


Only after they signed up, you will be able to grant them access to assets. If you don't give them access to assets they won't be able to see anything within their dashboard.
