Invite new team members

Invite new team members

In order to invite someone who does not have a Proprli account, you should do the following:

Step 1: Click the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and go to Company Settings.

Step 2: Choose the Team tab, if you want to create internal colleagues, or the External users tab, if your goal is to add contractors and service providers, for example.

Step 3: Fill in their first name, last name, and email address.

Step 5: Click on "Invite" before exiting the page.

After the invite is sent, the new team member will receive an email message redirecting them to Proprli, where they will have to enter their first name, surname, create a password, and click on "Agree and Join." The screenshot below is what they will see.

Going back to Company Settings, the new user will be active, and you can assign them a role and grant them access to assets and projects
