We understand that receiving too many notifications can become overwhelming. At Proprli, you have full control over your notification preferences, so you can customise what you receive and when.
How to change your notification preferences
Step 1: Once you are logged in to your Proprli account, click on the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and a menu will appear. A few options will be available, as you can see in the picture.
Access Management is only available if you have management permissions.
Step 2: Once you have clicked on Settings, you will see the following options:
Step 3: Click on Notifications to manage your alerts.
In this section, you will see a list of different notification types, such as updates on your properties, tasks, messages from tenants and more. You can:
Turn off notifications for certain activities entirely.
Opt for specific notifications that are most important to you.
After making your adjustments, your changes will be saved automatically.
Tips to keep your notifications manageable
Be selective: Only choose notifications that truly matter to your day-to-day operations. This helps reduce unnecessary messages.
Review periodically: As your needs change, it’s a good idea to revisit your notification preferences to ensure they’re still aligned with your goals.
