Manage your notifications
We understand that receiving too many notifications can become overwhelming. At Proprli, you have full control over your notification preferences, so you can customise what you receive and when.
Step 1: Once you are logged in to your Proprli account, click on the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and a menu will appear. A few options will be available, as you can see in the screenshot below.
Company Settings will only be available if you have management permissions.
Step 2: Once you have clicked on Preferences, you will see the following options:
Step 3: Click on Notifications to manage your alerts.
Final step: In this section, you will see a list of different notification types, such as updates on your properties, tasks, messages from tenants and more. You can:
- Turn off notifications for certain activities entirely.
- Opt for specific notifications that are most important to you.
After making your adjustments using the toggle switch on the right-hand side, your changes will be saved automatically.
