I can't find the suppliers to add to a bid

If you cannot find the bidders you want to invite within your contact list, you might need to create them first. 

There are two scenarios here:

Option 1: The company already exists, but you can’t find a specific contact person - if that's the case, follow the guide create a new contact person.

Option 2: The company cannot be found - in which case, you should follow the guide create a new supplier.
