Add quote manually

Add quote manually

If you have received one or more quotes through your email or via message and you want to add them to Proprli, there are some ways for you to do that.

Option 1: Add an existing quote to the Project page

Step 1: Go to the project you are working on.

Step 2: Click on "Add Existing Quote." Doing this will create a new Bid Room where you can invite other bidders to participate.

Step 3: Select which company provided the quote, insert the total bid, and add relevant files.

Option 2: Add an existing quote to a Bid Room

Step 1: Go to the project you are working on.

Step 2: Add a quote directly to an existing Bid Room by clicking on "Add Quote Manually."

Step 3: Select which company provided the quote, insert the total bid, and add relevant files.

Both options mentioned above, after submitted, will be listed as "Manually added" and you will have the ability to add or request more quotes, or move directly to the RFA (Request for Approval) or Contract.

Option 3: Submit a Bid for a Bidder

If a bidder has been invited to bid and you receive their response via the message box or any other method, you can submit the bid on their behalf.

Step 1: Go to the project you are working on.

Step 2: Select the Bid Room.

Step 3: Click on the three-dotted icon on the top right corner of the bid you want to submit for.

Step 4: Select "Submit bid for bidder."

Step 5: Fill in the values and add any necessary documents. Once you save the information, the bid will be submitted.
