A Supplier receives notifications via email and within the Proprli platform. In this article, you will learn more about the Supplier's experience when invited to participate in the bidding for a project. If you want to know more about their experience when assigned to a ticket, click here.
When added as one of the suppliers that are invited to send a quote to complete a project, the Supplier will receive the following notifications:
In Proprli: clicking on the notification text will redirect you to a page where you can accept or decline the invitation to bid.
Via Email: clicking on "View project details" will redirect you to a page where you can accept or decline the invitation to bid.
If accepted, you will follow the flow and submit a bid. After it goes through the Request for Approval process, the client that requested the bid will be able to create a contract and share it with you, the Supplier. You will be notified:
In Proprli: clicking on the notification will show you an overview of the contract.
Via Email: clicking on "Review Contract" will show you an overview of the contract.
Within the contract page, you can attach documents, add new invoices, change orders, and message the client.
If declined, the client will be notified, but you will no longer be alerted about that specific tender. You can still see the bid invitation within My Bids when using the "Rejected" filter.
Suppliers will also be notified if there are any updates to the bid deadline, as well as reminders when the date is approaching. If the client makes any changes to the bid form, such as adding new documents, the Supplier will be notified. The chat feature is very useful, and all parties participating in the conversation will be notified when there is new activity.
