If the supplier is unable to see the bid, follow the steps below to fix that issue:
Step 1: Go to the project for which you want to access the bid.
Step 2: Select the bid room within the tab Manage Bids.
Step 3: There, you will see an overview of all the bidders you have invited.
Step 4: Once you locate the supplier that is unable to see the bid, click on the three-dotted icon on the top right-hand corner.
Step 5: Select the second option, "Contacts invited."
Step 6: That will give you access to the list of contacts that have received the invite to bid, and it is also where you can check for typos and errors in the email address, or even if that is the correct email address for your contact person.
Step 7: After checking if everything is correct, you can re-send the invitation.
Step 8: If the email address is not correct, or if you need to add someone else as a contact, click on "Request new quote."
Step 9: That will give you the opportunity to create a new contact with the correct information, or select an existing contact within the list.
Step 10: Once selected, you can continue and send the invitation.
Another reason as to why the supplier is unable to see the bid might be that the quote was added manually by the owner, if the bidder sent the quote directly via email or message. That being the case, you won’t see the option above, as no e-mail address was used and the Service Provider won’t be able to see the Bid room.
