I cannot find my supplier's contact person. What should I do?

I cannot find my supplier's contact person. What should I do?

If you cannot find a contact person within the suppliers' list, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Hover your mouse over the General icon on the left-hand side of your screen.



Step 2: Click on Companies, your screen will look like the picture below, and select the company with which the contact person should be associated.



Step 3: Once on the company's page, go to the top right-hand corner of your screen and click on "Link contacts."



Step 4: If the contact person already has an account but is not linked to that specific company, you can find and select them in the "Add existing contacts" tab.


Step 5: If they don’t have an account yet, click on the "Create a new contact" tab and add their email address, name, and phone number.



Step 6: Don't forget to click on Create; if you want to add another contact, you can click on Create And Add Another.

After completing these steps, the contact should be available.
