RFA reminders

If you are experiencing delays in receiving a response for a specific Request for Approval (RFA), you can send out reminders. Follow these steps to check the status and send reminders:

Step 1: Navigate to the specific project.

Step 2: Click on "Bid Room."

Step 3: Click on "Selected (Pending Approval)" to see the status of the RFA and the approvers who have not yet responded.



Step 4: Click on the mail icon to send them a reminder.



You will know the email reminder went through when you see the transactional message appear, as shown below.
