If you are assigned as the responsible party for documents or certificates, follow the steps below and learn how to upload them in Proprli.
Step 1: After logging in to your Proprli account, click on Certificates on the left-hand side of your screen.
Step 2: You should have access to an overview of all the documents you are responsible for. To narrow down your search, you can filter by Element, Document, Status, Legally required, and Building.
Step 3: Double-clicking on the row you want to make changes to or clicking on Edit will allow you to add files and notes to current inspections, or create new ones. Timeline is the only tab you can make changes to. The tabs Responsibility, Supplier, and General are view-only.
Step 4: Each inspection added has its own section. Click on the three-dotted icon on the top-right hand side of the section you want to make changes to.
Step 5: After clicking on "Edit inspection," you should be able to edit the status, execution date, add notes and files. The expiration date cannot be edited once a frequency is set.
Step 6: Save your changes.
