Building Details Export
A new "Building Details" report is available on the Reports page, giving an overview of the building details the user has access to. The export returns one row per asset with its reference, name, full address and assigned property manager. It runs asynchronously and follows the same template as the other reports.
Ticketing - Building Floor plan
Floor plans can now be uploaded per floor in the Building & Spaces section and reused across tickets. When creating or editing a ticket, users can select a floor plan for the relevant floor, draw directly on it to mark the exact location of the issue, and save it as an attachment — removing the guesswork that came with describing a location in free text. The same drawing tool also works on photos and screenshots attached to a ticket, so a small defect can be circled before it is sent. Annotated images are included in the work order emails sent to suppliers, and the original floor plan file is never modified. Available on desktop and mobile.
Create projects from LTMP line items
This task allows users to create a project directly from one or multiple LTMP line items. The project will include the element name, description, GL account, selected year, and the budget value.
Fund + portfolio for assets - Bulk assign
Buildings can now be organised by Fund and Portfolio with far fewer clicks. New "Edit Fund" and "Edit Portfolio" options in the kebab menu let users change or remove the assignment for a single building, and new bulk actions apply a Fund or Portfolio to every selected building at once — leaving the field empty removes the assignment from all of them. A Fund or Portfolio that does not yet exist can be created directly from the selection field. Both can also be edited individually from the building details drawer. Deactivated buildings are excluded from these actions.
Buildings Dashboard - Filter improvements
When a filter or a search is applied on the Buildings dashboard, the remaining filters now only offer the values present in the filtered table, instead of the full unfiltered list — matching how the Fund and Portfolio filters already behave.
