When is the chat activated between tenant and supplier?

The "Chat" feature is activated between the tenant and the supplier once the work order is sent for supplier review. When the property manager drafts, reviews, and creates a work order, then sends it to the supplier, the supplier is added to the ticket. At that point, the tenant can use the "Chat" feature to communicate directly with both the supplier and the ticket reporter.
