Follow the steps below to learn more about the building profile.

Step 1: By selecting one of the buildings in the Building list, you will be directed to the Building Profile, where we gather all information related to the asset.

Step 2: Once you click on the name of the building, you will see its picture, asset name, address, code, and property manager. You will also have the ability to navigate through the tabs Tickets, Projects, Maintenance, Certificates, Suppliers, Tenants, Utilities, Documents, and Register.

Step 3: If you click on Property manager, a dropdown menu will pop up. You can use that menu to select a different team member to be Property manager - that list contains only the names of users that have access to that specific building. If you want to make any changes to the list, please use Access Management.
