Why can I not see the supplier to chat to?
After creating a ticket, you will see that a sidebar on the right-hand side of your screen will be available. Within that sidebar, you will have the option to chat with the interested parties.
In the first phase, Issue reported, the supplier is not yet part of the ticket. Which means that, when you click on the "Chat" tab on the sidebar, you will only have the ability to message the tenant, and the internal team.
However, when the property manager drafts, reviews, creates a work order and sends it to a supplier, then this supplier becomes part of the ticket and will then also appear as a new "Supplier" chat channel. Learn more about work orders here.
That should give you the ability to use the "Chat" feature to communicate with the suppliers added to the work order.
