Why can I not see the supplier to chat to?
After creating a ticket, you will see that a sidebar on the right-hand side of your screen will be available. Within that sidebar, you will have the option to chat with the interested parties.
In the first phase, Issue reported, the supplier is not yet part of the ticket. Which means that, when you click on the "Chat" tab on the sidebar, you will only have the ability to message the tenant, and the internal team.
The "Chat" feature is activated between the tenant and the supplier once the work order is sent for supplier review. When the property manager drafts, reviews, and creates a work order, then sends it to the supplier, the supplier is added to the ticket. At that point, the tenant can use the "Chat" feature to communicate directly with both the supplier and the ticket reporter. Learn more about work orders here.
