I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?

There could be a few reasons as to why you cannot log in:

Option 1: Do you have a Proprli account?

Step 1: Make sure your account has already been created.

Step 2: If your account has been created, you should have received your login details via email. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.

Option 2: Are there any typos?

Check if your email address and password are correct and don't have any typos.

Option 3: Wrong/Forgotten password

Step 1: If the error message indicating your email or password are invalid pops up, you might want to change your password.

Step 2: If you want to change your password, click on “Forgot password?".

Step 3: Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
