I'm having trouble logging in. What should I do?
There could be a few reasons as to why you might not be able to log in.
Do you have a Proprli account?
Step 1: Make sure your account has already been created.
Step 2: If your account has been created, you should have received your login details via email. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
Are there any typos?
Check if your email address and password are correct and don't have any typos.
Wrong/forgotten password
Step 1: If the error message indicating your email or password are invalid pops up, you might want to change your password.
Step 2: If you want to change your password, click on "Forgot password?"
Step 3: Follow the instructions sent to your email address. Please check your spam folder as well as your inbox.
