Starting a contract

Starting a contract

Option 1: Complete Request for Approval

Step 1: Once the RFA is approved by all responsible parties, click on "Start contract."

Step 2: Add all required information to create the contract.

Step 3: Review the contract and share, if needed.

Option 2: Create a Contract Room

Instead of creating a bid room and following the approval flow, it's possible to access the project and create a new contract directly.

Step 1: Click on "New Contract."

Step 2: Add all required information, including which supplier will be working on the project.

Step 3: Review the contract and share, if needed.

Option 3: Skip RFA and Choose Winning Bid

Instead of following the Request for Approval flow, you can start a contract by choosing the winning bid and starting the contract on the bid room.

Step 1: Click on "Start contract" below the winning offer.

Step 2: Add all required information to create the contract.

Step 3: Review the contract and share, if needed.
