Reports
In Proprli, you can download Excel reports containing relevant data for your daily property management needs.
Currently, there are six different types of reports available:
- RfP Overview Report: Report containing the Request for Proposal activity in your portfolio. Use this for an overview of your current RfPs.
- Projects Report: Report summarising all the projects in your portfolio. Use this for an overview of your current projects, statuses, phases, budgets and progress.
- Contracts & Invoices: Report providing a complete overview of the projects in your portfolio.
- Maintenance Plans Export: Report containing all maintenance plans put together. Select which assets you would like to include in the report.
- GRESB Asset Spreadsheet: Report containing property data to the GRESB benchmark. Use this to automatically collect all your property information of your entire portfolio.
- Suppliers & Tenants: Report providing all the supplier and tenant companies currently assigned to your buildings.
- Building Details: Report containing one row per asset with its reference, name, full address and assigned property manager.
To access these reports, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: After logging in to Proprli, click on Report on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Click on "Download" below the report you would like to download.
Step 3: Please note that the Maintenance Plans Export report allows you to select the year range, the assets the report should include, and whether you prefer a single Excel tab or multiple Excel tabs. To download, click on "Export to Excel."
