Q&A and messages are two ways of communicating within tenders.
Q&A:
Functions like a bulletin board where questions and answers are visible to all parties.
Useful for sharing general information or instructions about the request.
If a supplier asks a question that might benefit all suppliers, you can make it a Q&A entry.
Suppliers will not see which supplier submitted the questions.
Messages:
Private communication between you and a specific supplier.
Used for direct conversations and for receiving quotes if suppliers reply via email.

Q&A items can have three different statuses: Not Answered, Draft, and Published.
Not Answered: Indicates that the question has not been answered yet. To write an answer, click on the three-dotted icon on the top right of the box and click on "Edit answer."
Draft: After writing a reply and clicking "Save," the status will automatically change to Draft. This allows you to draft all unanswered questions and review them before sending them to the bidding parties. It's important to remember that the drafts are not shared with the bidding parties and are visible only to you. To share the response, select the draft and click on "Publish selected."
Published: When you "Publish selected" drafts, the bidding parties will receive the answers to the published questions. Everything is anonymised automatically, which means that the bidding parties will not see who asked the questions.
By following this guide, you can ensure clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the tender process.
