Create a new supplier



To manage your Suppliers, hover over General on the left-hand side of your screen and select Companies.

Step 1: Add a new supplier by clicking on Add New Company on the right-hand side of your screen.



Step 2: A form will appear on the right side of the screen. Fill in the required details for the new company:
  1. Name: Enter the company's name (e.g., Facebook).
  2. Type: Select Supplier from the dropdown menu to specify the company type.
  3. Website: Enter the company's website URL.
  4. Phone number: Enter the phone number for the company.
  5. Address: Fill in the company's address.
  6. City: Enter the city where the company is located.
  7. State: Enter the state.
  8. Postal code: Enter the postal code for the company's address.
  9. Country: Select the country from the dropdown menu.



Step 3: After creating the company, you can link contacts to it. Click on the Link contacts button on the right side of the company details page.



Step 4: You can either link existing contacts or create a new contact:
  1. To link an existing contact, select the contact from the list.
  2. To create a new contact, fill in the contact's details, including email, first name, last name, and phone number, then click Create.


Step 5: The newly added contact should now appear under the company's linked contacts. You can verify this by checking the contact list.
