Maintenance plan overview
When planning the budget for the current and upcoming years, the managers will decide on the maintenance plan, or MJOB, for that period of time.
After selecting an asset, you can navigate to the tab “Maintenance," where you will find an overview of the maintenance plans that have been created so far.
Your MJOBs can be filtered by status, they are:
Draft: the plan is still a work in progress, which means you can edit before it is approved by the property manager.
Approved: once approved by the property manager, the maintenance plan can no longer be adjusted.
Archived: if the MJOB is outdated or no longer in use, you have the option to archive it.
