Locate tenants by company and contact information
Option 1: Locate Tenant by "Companies" Tab
Step 1: Hover your mouse over the General icon on the left-hand side of your screen and click on Companies.
Step 2: Filter the companies by selecting "Tenant" as the type. Then, use the search bar to find the specific company you're looking for.
Step 3: Once you find the company, click on its name. The linked contacts will be available on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Option 2: Locate Tenant by "Contacts" Tab
Step 1: Hover your mouse over the "General" icon on the left side of your screen.
Step 2: Click on "Contacts."
Step 3: Use the search bar to locate the user by their email address, name, or company name.
