I can't see a specific project
If you're unable to view a particular project, it’s likely because your permissions aren’t set correctly. To fix this, follow the steps below in Access Management:
Option 1: Change Role
Step 1: In the Access Management section, go to the Team tab.
Step 2: Find the user whose access needs to be adjusted.
Step 3: Click on the three‑dots icon next to their name and select Change Role.

Step 4: Or tick the checkbox to the left of their name — this allows you to assign or change roles for one or multiple users at once.

Step 5: Choose the appropriate role(s) from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Save your changes.Option 2: Create or Edit Role
Step 1: In Access Management, click on the Roles tab.
Step 2: Select your role from the list and click on it, or click on "Create new role" on the top right-hand corner.
Step 3: That will open a sidebar with available permissions and checkboxes. Make sure the "View Projects" box is checked.
Step 4: Save your changes.
