I can't see a specific project

If you can’t see a particular project, it might be due to insufficient permissions. Within Access Management, there are two options to manage permissions:

Option 1: Change Role

Step 1: In Access Management, under User Permissions, your manager can find out what role you have. For example, Boudewijn has the "Property Manager" role.

Step 2: To change that, they can click on the dropdown menu and select a more appropriate role.

Option 2: Create or Edit Role

Step 1: In Access Management, click on the Roles tab.

Step 2: Select your role from the list and click on it, or click on "Create new role" on the top right-hand corner.

Step 3: That will open a sidebar with available permissions and checkboxes. Make sure the "View Projects" box is checked.

Step 4: Save your changes.
