How to delete a certificate

In case you want to delete one or more certificates, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Navigate to the "Certificates" tab.

Step 2: Using the checkbox located on the left hand-side of the element title, select the certificates you want to delete; to select all certificates within a section, click on the checkbox next to "Element."

Step 3: Click on "Delete."

Step 4: You will be asked to confirm your choice; if you are sure, click on OK.

Step 5: Your changes will be saved.

However, if the option to delete certificates is not available to you, it is possible that your role has a more restrictive access to the platform. In that case, a manager should have the ability to edit your current role or assign you to a different role.
