Step 3: Use the filters and the search bar to locate the ticket you are looking for.
Step 4: Once you find it, click on the three-dotted icon on the right hand-side of the screen and select "Assign owner."
Step 5: A pop-up will appear, and you will have the ability to select a new ticket owner from a dropdown menu.
Step 6: After selecting, save your changes.
Option 2: Edit Ticket's Details
Step 1: Log in to your Proprli account.
Step 2: Hover your mouse over Dashboards and click on Tickets.
Step 3: Use the filters and the search bar to locate the ticket you are looking for.
Step 4: Once you find it, select it and click on "Edit" on the sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 5: A window will pop up, and you will have the option to click on a dropdown menu to select a new ticket owner.
