How to assign a supplier to a certificate

How to assign a supplier to a certificate

You can assign a supplier to a certificate individually or in bulk. Learn more about those options below.

Option 1: Double-click the certificate line (individual assignment)

If you want to assign a supplier to one certificate at a time, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Double-click the certificate line corresponding to the item you want to make changes to.

Step 2: Go to the third tab, Supplier, and select as many suppliers as you need from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Choose whether the "Grant access" option should be active for the selected suppliers; if access is granted, the suppliers will have the ability to upload the certificates directly into Proprli using a limited and protected environment.

Step 4: You have the option to set reminders for the selected suppliers; if this feature is on, you can choose the frequency in which the reminders should be sent, if the property manager should receive a copy of the email, and you can also personalise the message.

Step 5: Save your changes.

Option 2: Select checkboxes (bulk assignment)

To assign multiple certificates at once to one or more suppliers, follow the steps described below. Keep in mind that using this feature will overwrite suppliers previously assigned to the selected certificates.

Step 1: Select the certificates you want to make changes to; to select all items within a section, click on the checkbox next to "Element."

Step 2: Click on "Assign Supplier."
