How do I reopen a bid?
You can reopen a bid by setting the deadline to a date in the future. To do that, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the project for which you want to reopen the bid.
Step 2: Select the bid room you want to make changes to within the tab Manage Bids.
Step 3: Click on the date on the top right-hand side of the screen, right beside "Bids due."
Step 4: A calendar will appear, and there you can select the new due date for bidders.
Step 5: Once the date is selected, a message will pop up to confirm whether or not you want to notify the bidders.
Step 6: You can select (or deselect) the listed bidders as needed
Step 7: Send the notification, or click on cancel if you do not wish to notify them.
Step 8: When notified, they will receive an email with the new deadline and opportunity to submit a proposal.
