How do I know when an invitation has been sent?
After sending the invitation, you should see a message at the top right-hand corner of the screen right after inviting a bidder.
You can also check which suppliers and contacts were invited following the steps below.
Step 1: Click on the three-dotted icon on the top right-hand corner of the box representing the bidder.
Step 2: Select the second option, "Contacts invited;" that option is available in the bid room within the tab Manage Bids.
Step 3: Additionally, while sending your bid invitation, you can check the box to receive a copy of the email as well. For more information, click here.
