How do I access a project?

It is possible to access a project via the building profile or the projects' dashboard. Learn more below.

Option 1: How to Access a Project via the Building Profile

Step 1: Select the asset you want to manage on the asset list.

Step 2: Go to the "Projects" tab.



Step 3: If you have any active property projects, you should see them listed within the tab.



Step 4: Once you find the project you're looking for, click on its name, and you'll have access to its contents.

Option 2: How to Access a Project via the Projects Dashboard

Step 1: On the left-hand side of your screen, hover your mouse over "Dashboards" and click on "Projects."



Step 2: Within this section, you will have access to all projects belonging to the assets you have permission to see.



Step 3: It's possible to filter the projects by asset, manager, type, stage, budget year, fund, portfolio, and sector.



Step 4: Once you locate the project, click on its name, and you'll have access to its information.
