How can I change the ticket's details?
Property managers can update ticket's details such as the issue title, building, tenant information, and category. These updates ensure that all relevant parties, including the tenant and supplier, have accurate and up-to-date information about the issue.
Step 1: Navigate to the tickets section
In the left-hand sidebar, click on "Tickets" under the "Dashboards" section; this will display a list of all existing tickets.
Step 2: Select the ticket to edit
Find the ticket you want to edit from the list, click on the ticket name to open the detailed view of the ticket, and click on "Edit."
Step 3: Make the necessary changes
After making all desired edits, click the "Save changes" button at the bottom right of the new window. This will save the updates and modify the ticket with the new information.
