How can I change the ticket's details?
Property managers can update ticket's details such as the issue title, building, tenant information, and category. These updates ensure that all relevant parties, including the tenant and supplier, have accurate and up-to-date information about the issue.
Step 1: On the left-hand side, navigate to Dashboards and click on Tickets; this will display a list of all existing tickets.
Step 2: Find the ticket you want to edit from the list, click on the ticket name to open the detailed view of the ticket, and click on "Edit."
Step 3: After making all desired edits, click on "Save changes." This will save the updates made to the ticket.
