How can I change the property manager?

To change the property manager, follow the steps below.

Step 1: When you first log in, click on the building you want to make changes to and you will be redirected to the building profile.


Step 2: Starting on the left-hand side of your screen, you will see the building's information, such as picture, name, code, and address. Moving to the right, you will see property manager, Fund, Portfolio, and the option to edit details. To change the user assigned as property manager, click on the pencil icon next to "Property manager," as seen below.


Step 3: That action will allow you to select a different user from a dropdown menu to be the new property manager.



Step 4: If the user you want to assign to the asset is not listed, you might have to grant them access through Access management. Learn more about this here.
