Within company settings, you have the option to deactivate buildings in Proprli. This feature is only available for Company Admins, and it is a clean way to mark a building as inactive when a property manager stops managing it, freezing all activity while keeping the full history accessible to authorised users. Follow the steps below to learn more about this feature.
Step 1: Click the icon with your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen and go to Company Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the tab Buildings.
Step 3: To narrow down your search, you can filter the buildings by Fund, Portfolio, or use the search bar.
Step 4: Select the buildings you would like to deactivate and click on Deactivate.
Step 5: After selecting the option to deactivate, you will be asked to confirm if you are sure.
Step 6: The building will now be listed under the "Inactive" tab, where it can be reactivated if needed.
