Create and edit Funds and Portfolios

Within Company Settings, you have the option to create and edit Funds and Portfolios. This feature is only available for Admins. To access it, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Click on your initials on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, and go to Company Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Setup and click on Funds and Portfolios.

Step 3: Within the page, you can see an overview of the current Funds and Portfolios, and which buildings they are assigned to. To edit the name and description, click on Edit information; to edit the buildings assigned to the fund/portfolio, click on Edit buildings, and; to delete the fund/portfolio, select Delete.

Step 4: To create a new Fund or Portfolio, click on New on the top right-hand side of the screen, choose if it's a new fund or portfolio, and enter the name and description.
