Create a new utility meter
If your goal is to create a meter profile for an asset, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Navigate to the Utilities tab.
Step 2: Select the tab for the utility you would like to add a new meter to.
Step 3: Click on Add [Energy, Water, or Waste] Meter.
Step 4: A new window will appear and a variation of the following will be required:
The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
Step 5: You can select whether the meter is active and its activation date, in case it is different from the first meter reading date.
Step 6: Once you add the information, you will have the option to Create or to Create and Add Another, which will save the profile and allow you to create a new one.
Step 7: The last tab within Utilities is Settings, which is where you can edit the type and source of emissions and climate change projections.
