Follow the steps below to learn how to set up a bid form.
Step 1: To set up a bid form, you can either click on "Bid Form" on the header or select "Setup Bid Form" on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2: You have the option to either build your own bid form or use a template saved from previous Requests for Proposals (RFPs). In this guide, we will show you how to build your own bid form. Note that even if you choose a template from past RFPs, you can still customize it as needed.
Step 3: Include whatever information is relevant to your project and specify what details you want to receive from your service provider.
Here we have an extensive list of topics that might be added to your Bid form - all of them can be included or excluded from the final version, except Schedule of Works.
Step 4: After you finish filling up your request, you can publish the form. However, if you don't wish to publish it yet, your form will be saved as a draft until you are ready to publish and start inviting bidders.
If you want to change anything about your bid after you have published it, you can click on “Re-open” on the top right-hand corner of the screen. After the bid is reopened, the same steps can be followed to make adjustments.
Step 5: Once that is done, you will be redirected to the Manage Bids page and have the ability to invite bidders to the tender.
