Comparing bids and choosing winners

Comparing bids and choosing winners

As soon as the bidder submits their bid, you will receive an email with that information. After all bidders have sent their quotes or when the deadline is met, you will be able to unseal and compare their bids.

When comparing the bids, you can use tools to individually compare items and understand what better suits your project.

After comparing the bids and making your decision, you can Start a Request for Approval or Start a Contract. Make sure you have started the RFA or contract for the quote you want approved, as that will be selected as the Winning Bidder.
