Certificates dashboard

To access the certificates' dashboard, you should do the following:

Step 1: Hover your mouse over "Dashboards" on the left-hand side of your screen.

Step 2: Click on "Certificates."

In this dashboard, you will see an overview of the certificates divided by category, element, document, status, building, unit, whether it is legally required, upcoming inspections, frequency, responsibility, supplier, fund & portfolio, and notes. These sections can be reorganised or disabled, according to your preferences. 

Bulk actions are also a possibility within this dashboard. Selecting multiple line items will give the option to do the following:

1. Add inspection
2. Assign suppliers
3. Duplicate
4. Legally required
5. Assign responsibility
6. Assign units
7. Delete

Some options might not be enabled, depending on if the certificates belong to the same building.

Applying filters can make it easier to locate the line items you are looking for. The filters are available on the top right-hand side of the screen and the graphs will be updated accordingly.

The filters might also be useful when downloading an export to Excel. If no filters are applied and you download the export, all items will be included. If there are filters applied, only the filtered items will be listed within the export.
