Can I invite multiple people from the same company for a bid?

Absolutely! There is no limit to the amount of people from the same company you can invite to your bid. Follow the steps below:

Step 1: You can add them using the option to “Request a new quote.”

Step 2: Make sure they are all linked to the same company, otherwise they will appear as different bids. Learn more about linking contacts to a company in this article.

Step 3: To check which contacts were invited, click on the three-dotted icon on the top right-hand corner of the listed bidder.

Step 4: Select the second option, "Contacts invited."
