Can I delete a contact from the bid?

Yes, you can delete a contact from a bid. To do so, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the bid room within the tab Manage Bids. There, you should see a three-dotted icon on the top right-hand corner of the listed bidders.

Step 2: By selecting the last option, "Delete bidder," a message will pop up to confirm your choice.

This option will delete all contacts associated with this bidder from the bid room. 

If you only want to remove one of the contacts, do the following:

Step 1: Click on the three-dotted icon and select the second option, "Contacts invited." That will allow you to check which contacts were invited and you will have the ability to remove one of them. 

Step 2: Once you click on "Remove," the contact person will be deleted, and you will receive a notification on the top right-hand side of the screen confirming that they were removed successfully.

It is important to know that the option to remove a contact is only available if you have more than one person listed. If you only have one contact listed, you should use the option "Delete bidder."
