Buildings dashboard

The Buildings Dashboard is separated in three segments: Budget vs. Instructed, Compliancy, and Governance Score. 

At first glance, you will see data related to the current year from all assets within your company.

Budget vs. Instructed: Cmpares the total annual budget against what has been instructed, and payments made thus far. This provides a broader perspective on your team's adherence to the budget.

Compliancy Score provides a summary of certificate status for your assets, distinguishing between legally required and all certificates, categorised by completion status: completed, in progress, not present, and overdue. This offers insight into any missing documentation.

Governance Score shows a monthly analysis of bids chosen via the platform's tendering process and those manually entered. Ideally, all bids should originate from the tender process, ensuring impartial selection based solely on project suitability - such selections undergo hierarchical review before approval.

In addition to the dashboards, you can filter your assets by clicking on the "Filter" button on the left-hand side of the screen. Available filters include:

1. Fund: Filter by specific funds.
   
2. Portfolio: Narrow down based on portfolio groups.
   
3. Sector: Filter by building sectors.
   
4. Building: Select specific buildings.
   
5. Property Team: Displays buildings managed by a specific user (default is set to the logged-in user's portfolio).

On the right-hand side, you can also select the budget year or search by address and asset name. The dashboards update automatically based on your filtering criteria.

"Alpha" represents one of the assets managed by a fictional company. As assets are filtered, the dashboards automatically refresh with data relevant to the assets meeting the specified parameters.

Below the Building Dashboards, you will find a list of all your assets. Each building entry should have a name, picture, address, code, and activity feed, which displays notifications relevant to the buildings and users with access to them.
